Lemon CBD Oil Spray is made from a combination of CBD oil and MCT oil. It can be dispensed either directly into the mouth or under the tongue, and offers a quick and easy way to take CBD. As each spray contains the same fixed amount of CBD, it’s also a simple way to manage your dosage.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 100 phytocannabinoids extracted from the hemp plant. Unlike tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD is a non-intoxicating substance, which means it will not make you “high” and is not addictive.

Our 10% Lemon CBD oil spray equals 12mg per spray. We recommend 2 sprays so this is a 24mg serving (2 x 12) – morning, evening or night. 
Our 40% Lemon CBD oil spray, we recommend 1 spray for 48 mg CBD each day – morning, evening or night.

New to CBD?

We recommend starting with 24 mg per day (2 sprays) for at least a week. If you don't notice any benefits after this time period, increase your dose by a small amount (around 10-20 mg) every few days or 1 week until the desired effects are achieved.

Note that it may take 2-3 weeks to get the full effect.
