2.5% CBD oil: 

This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, we recommend taking 2-5 drops of our 2.5% CBD Oil per use and a maximum of 56 drops per day. One drop contains approx. 1.25mg CBD – the FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.

Vegan Capsules 10mg:

For our Vegan CBD, we recommend taking 2 capsules per day.

CBD Lip Balm: 

For moisturised and protected lips, use our CBD Lip Balm as needed to keep them hydrated throughout the day.

CBD usage differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, we recommend just 1 gummy per day (25mg CBD). FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg, so do not take more than 2 per day.
