CBD Arnica Cream with Witch Hazel

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a herb that has been used in folk medicine for its soothing properties since the 16th century1. Usually applied to the skin as a cream or ointment, it is commonly used for bruises, sprains, muscle and joint pain, swelling and inflammation.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area and massage into the skin. To take your recovery regime even further, you could also combine this product with our soothing CBD Muscle Balm, CBD Joint Balm or CBD Massage Oil.
