How to Use the epiAge Biological Age Test Kit

  1. Prepare for Collection – Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or brushing teeth for 30 minutes before testing.

  2. Collect Your Saliva Sample – Fill the test vial with saliva up to the marked level.

  3. Secure & Mix – Seal the vial and shake it 10-15 times to mix the sample with the preservative solution.

  4. Send the Sample – Place it in the resealable bag and return it using the prepaid envelope.

  5. Register Your Kit – Go to www.epi-age.de/register to enter your Secure ID.

  6. Receive Your Results – Your biological age report will be available within 2-4 weeks.

When is the Best Time to Take the Test?

For the most accurate biological age measurement, take the test when you are in a stable and healthy state.
