How and when to take?

10% CBD Oil (10ml) :

This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking cannabidiol oil. Initially, we recommend taking 2-5 drops of our 10% CBD Oil per use, and a maximum of 17 drops per day.

One drop of CBD Oil 10% contains approx. 4mg – the FSA maximum daily dose of CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.

Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. If you have a pre-existing medical condition or take prescribed medication, ask a medical professional before use.

KSM-66®  Ashwagandha:

Take one Ashwagandha Capsule daily. 

Relax Complex Capsules:

For Relax Complex CBD capsules, we recommend taking 1 capsule just before bedtime.

This daily dose contains 10 mg of CBD. You can then follow this guide to adjust your daily dosage to what works best for you, including combining it with other CBD products.

Mixed Mushroom Capsules:

Simply take 3 Mushroom Complex Tablets, ideally with a meal, every single day.

Relax Complex Capsules:

Olive Oil, Caprylic Triglyceride, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Capsule Shell (Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose)), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) Seed Extract (14:1) (Griffonia simplicifolia),

Cannabidiol (CBD) Oil , Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.

Mixed Mushroom Capsules:
